Some random notes on workplace and social rules (mostly the unspeakable ones).
Wine Tasting

- Sweetness (dry, off-dry, medium, sweet, luscious)

- Dessert wine:
- Canada ice wine,葡萄冰冻后压榨,甜度高

- 贵腐酒 Botrytis 霉菌良性感染, Hungry Tokaji 托卡伊,Bordeaux Sau’ternes 波尔多苏黛
- Fortified wine:
- 加酒精,Porto 葡萄牙波特酒,Sherry 西班牙雪利酒
- Vermouth 苦艾酒,Martini 马天尼酒
Dining Etiquette
- The formal place settings (for family-style dining)
- Knives placed with blades facing the service/charger plate
- Dessert spoon placed on top of dessert fork (in traditional settings)
- Utensils are used from the outside in (according to the menu order)
